1. Planning to try my hand at this bread recipe, shared by Shannon, who sympathized with my post about the sugar in processed bread. http://mynewroots.org/site/2013/02/the-life-changing-loaf-of-bread/ I have now scouted out a psyllium husk retailer in my area, so I hope to pick some up today.
