Psyllium husk experiment

Yes, experiment, because my “bread” did not turn out looking quite like the stunning loaf on My New Roots. Nope, mine looks like this:

IMG_0728I think it needed to bake a little longer; my oven tends to be a few degrees cooler than it thinks it is. My loaf is edible– it just needs the right spread to elevate it to delicious status. I’ll be thinking about what that could be…
