It’s pretty bewildering that it took me this long to take my homemade chocolate making obsession to new heights. I suppose that I don’t typically buy strawberries in the dead of winter is a good excuse. Still…these are such a no-brainer.
As you might imagine, they’re also really easy. Mix the ingredients for the basic chocolate (add a tiny pinch of salt) and instead of pouring it into a mold and freezing, dip the fruit (or other morsel) of your choice in the chocolate, place on a plate, and stick in the freezer or fridge. Yes, the chocolate will set in the fridge! You don’t have to eat frozen strawberries.
