Trending, it seems


This recipe came to me simultaneously from two trusted, independent sources, so I had good reason to believe that it would be worth my while to try. And it definitely was. The stuffing is delicious, and easily suffices as its own meal, once you’ve eaten all your peppers.

I cheated and only baked the peppers for 15 minutes, at about 425, instead of the called for 1+ hour at 350. (When I’m hungry, I’m liable to do this). Still delicious.
