I came across the recipe the other day and tried it this afternoon. Absolutely delicious. Try it immediately.
2 sweet potatoes, baked until soft all the way through, and peeled (peel after you bake)
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 tbs olive oil
3 tsp tahini paste
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
juice of 1/2 a lemon
cumin and paprika (1-2 tsp each, to taste)
cayenne pepper (to taste)
Set up your food processor and drop the garlic cloves in with the motor running.
When garlic is minced, add the other ingredients and run until smooth.
