Despite the mild temperatures, my basil plant did die several months ago, leaving me without a bountiful store of leaves for my usual basil hummus. Regular hummus is fine, but I wanted to try something a little different, so I made this edamame hummus. It’s easy, pretty, and tasty. Don’t expect the taste of traditional hummus though, nor the consistency. It’s thicker and has a unique flavor.
